The Mâcon-Vinzelles ‘En Paradis’ is a study of fruit and freshness. It is made from a single, unique plot of Chardonnay on clay-loam soils – some of the Domaine’s oldest vines, planted in 1935.
To preserve its characteristic aromas and freshness, the wine is vinified using traditional methods for only 6 months, on its fine lies, in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.
